Discount wheels/tires?

where can i get a set of wheels 16 in? i keep looking online and there pulling up these real stylish rims thats well over my price range i just want a basic set of rims note:im only 15 i do have a credit card to buy online...so im trying to keep it in the 450.00 price range these are a present for my mom for her b day thanks in advance|||If you are only buying from online sources there are several things to consider. Most are selling cheap knock offs or high quality wheels or tires. Sometimes you may be getting a good set of wheels but a cheap set of tires or the other way around. Then the other problem is do they come complete like the center caps and or lug nuts for the wheels. Most of the time the savings you get on the wheels is lost when you add shipping. One of the other factors is are the tires mounted, if not you will have to mount them or find some one to mount them, and most places get a little pissy when all they are doing is mounting instead of selling you the sets.
