Does Discount Tires still give free tire rotation with tire purchase of 4 tires?

I think they do it for any tire purchase. Free flat repair of any of their tires, too. I became impressed with Discount Tire's customer service about 30 years ago and have been happy with them ever since.|||A simple phone cal will get you the correct answer.
