Tires and Discount questions?

I have tires that are 185/70/14. Can i used something thats 195/60/14? And do anybody know a cheap place to get new tires for under 200 around Los Angeles, CA?|||not sure about your 1st question.. but I just bought a new tire and had it delivered from link below.. fast service and not too expensive|||Sure you can use the 60/14 it's just a fraction smaller in diameter. I'm in OC and Pep Boys, America Tires, 4 Day Tires? even Firestone have tires at 4 for under 200 bucks, all 14" in a certain size.Good Luck!! ~:)=
