Does discount tire company do random drug testing?

my brother and I have a bet he has a medical marijuana perscription and he says that they probably don't and I say regardless of the script, its a federal law and they probably do since you deal with people's safety ie. tires. Im looking for a real answere not an opinion 10pts to the answere|||I know for a fact that they give random drug tests. As for if his prescription makes him exempt I have no idea.|||yes, they do random drug testing, as far as the prescription is concerned, I would talk it over with the store manager, and the AVP's and let them decide on whether or not it's a safety risk.|||I am pretty certain any employer has the option to give random drug tests.
