Can you actually return tires from Discount Tire?

I bought 2 tires and they were a different size than stock and the guy told me it would be fine. Well it drives like crap now so I want to return them. I know the commercial says you can but its like 20 yrs old now. Anyone know for sure?|||I have no idea what their actual policy is since there are none in my area, but as part of some public disclosure act set up years and years ago, an advertisement cannot be misleading, hence the reason lots of ads have small print to clarify what they mean. But there isn't any way that there could be fine print to say "just kidding" because that would violate the act, so they must be able to let you return them.|||yea they have to take em back becuse of the differnt size and stock. they shouldnt have sold you them if they didnt have the right ones in stock. if the comical was fake they would have taken it off years ago dont you think? u should allso bring the guys name up when u talk to the store owner
